CashKickBack or anyone affiliated with CashKickBack will not be held responsible for any damages that result from the use of
our program. CashKickBack reserves the right to deny membership to anyone and to deny cash back credit to any member when
we deem they shouldn't be credited. Spam is not tolarated, and if you are caught your account will be deleted and all
your account earnings will be lost. We say that we should respond to your emails within 48 hours, but on busy days we reserve
the right to take as long as necessary.
After shopping at one of the stores listed on the home page, you are required to submit a 'report a purchase' form within 30
days. If we do not receive that form from you by the end of 30 days, you will not be able to redeem that money ever. This of course
will not effect any earnings that you have already aquired (listed on your account page) or that you might aquire in the future.
To avoid this problem altogether just please report each purchase you make within 30 days.
There is also a certain percentage of error that could occur. Even if you do everything correctly our database may not credit you
with a purchase. Since there are many reasons of why this can occur, it is out of our control and we can not be held responsible for
this. One known problem is if you use Kazaa, or a program like Kazaa, you may not receive credit at any store until you follow the directions on this page. If your account wasn't credited for a purchase you made within 30 days, contact us right away and we will look into it for you,
though we do not guarantee that it can be fixed at all. Also please note that some stores only will pay you a discount once every certain amount of days (ex: 45 days). If you want to find out if a certain store does this, feel free to contact us with the store name you want to find more information about and we will try to get back to you within 48 hours.
